Mr. Keyser has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the securities
industry, having founded several private companies, including Dawson James
Securities, where he was most recently CEO and remains a major shareholder
of its parent company. He has also held various management positions with
several securities firms, including Head of Investment Banking, Capital
Markets, Regional
Sales Manager and Branch Manager, with leadership positions in retail and
institutional sales, operations, underwriting and syndication, compliance
and all general brokerage services. Under Mr. Keyser’s leadership Dawson
James Securities was among the top 25 agents in the country for the last two
years, and was named as one of the top 5 agents in the country for the first
quarter of 2006, as reported by Sagient Research Systems.

R. Douglas Armstrong, Ph.D. has over 23 years of life science industry
business and finance experience, with emphasis on early stage and emerging
growth companies. He is a seasoned and diverse life science executive,
including serving as the CEO of TyraTech and Aastrom Biosciences, leading
both through initial public offerings. He has personally led the capital
raising programs for these and other companies resulting in over $300
million, through a variety of public, PIPE and other structured deals,
including a specialty in strategic partnering transactions with capital
investment. Dr. Armstrong has served at the chairman and board level of
multiple biotech and device companies, including the advisory board of a
venture capital fund. Dr. Armstrong holds a Ph.D. degree in Pharmacology
from the Medical College of Virginia, and a BA degree in Chemistry from the
University of Richmond.
Craig A. Pierson

Mr. Pierson has over 15 years experience in biotechnology financing as Sr.
VP of investment banking at a number of firms such as Gruntal & Co., Janney
Montgomery Scott, Dawson James Jesup & Lamont and Legend Merchant. He has
completed numerous transactions for both U.S. and European biotechnology
companies with various structures including merchant banking, private
equity, debt and private placements as well starting the European
Institutional Desk at Dawson James. Mr. Pierson attended the Rochester
Institute of Technology for chemical engineering and completed the executive
pharmacology program at MIT. He remains active in disease-based charities
such as the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, the Leukemia & Lymphoma
Society, the Diabetes Research Institute and the Radiological and Imaging
Alliance.
Sachin R. Kelkar

Mr. Kelkar has over 12 years of operational, entrepreneurial and finance
experience in the technology, financial services and healthcare sectors.
Most recently, he was a Vice President in Jesup and Lamont's corporate
finance group helping micro and small cap companies raise capital in the
healthcare and clean technology sectors. Prior to that, Sachin spent two
years working in Wachovia's healthcare corporate finance group where he
executed a variety of deals including merger and acquisition, initial public
offerings, debt capital raises, and private placements. Prior to Wachovia,
Mr. Kelkar spent five years at Yodlee as a director of the account
management group where he was instrumental in growing the company's top line
over 300% by extracting maximum value from the company's key financial
customer relationships and partnerships. He also worked as an intern both in
the product marketing group in Abbott's HUMIRA®
franchise and at Genentech where he worked in the Cell Culture Research and
Development group. He holds an MBA
from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA from the
University of California Berkeley.
